Hot or cold cutting* "service" for ribbon, tape and cord. The sales unit is 100 cuts. The minimum cutting is 10 units(1000 cuts).

Please ensure you calculate the correct number of cuts for the quantity of product ordered. Order the next "quantity band" up if your quantity of cut pieces falls between two units or you may receive some product uncut.
This is a service only offer , it does not include the cost of the product, order product separately. It is always advisable to enquire on your item/length etc before ordering. Dispatch on cut product is currently within approximately 7 days from order. Please ensure you select the correct size, custom cut product cannot be accepted for return.

This services provides a cut to the length, not "in register", not guaranteed to be consistently cut between patterns or slots etc. It is cut to the required length so may sever a pattern or a space etc. Variance is approximately +/- 5%. Please note whilst in the main heat-cutting product does produce a sealed end due to variety of fibres, types and construction methods used heat-cutting of some items may not guarantee a fully sealed end. Items with a metallic sheath(outer) or yarn incorporated will not heat-seal and will fray after cutting. This cannot be avoided. Please check with us before ordering.
If the exact length you require is not listed above please order the next length longer than your required length and clearly state in the comments section the length you require the item cut to. We cannot rectify or exchange cut items so please double check your order before checking-out.
