SupplyDivision: *Certificate of conformity not ordered with goods and which have already been dispatched or sold.
*Retrospective supply of Certificate of Conformity on goods which have previously been dispatched or sold
We will not retrospectively supply a certificate to goods dispatched more than 15 days after the goods dispatch date under any circumstances whatsoever.
To ensure security of supply, in order to supply this certificate we must have the original dispatch note and/or invoice number, along with the original invoice and delivery address(es) (if different) for the goods. We cannot accept a simple " please send me "X" for delivery "12345" etc. You must supply us with all the requested information in the comments box or we will ignore and void the order.
