Our trading hours are: Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:30 and Friday 8:30 to 15:30 UK time (email support only from 17:00 to 17:30). We have no facilities at any of our warehouses or offices for callers, trade counter sales or unarranged collections. A guide on current delivery times can be seen HERE. The minimum order value that we can process is currently just GBP£25.00 net goods value(exclusive of carriage and VAT(if applicable)). We are trade wholesale suppliers, NOT retailers. All goods on our sites are supplied in bulk, trade quantities and are not normally packed or presented for retail sale. We dispatch globally from multiple locations so your order could arrive in multiple cartons/packs at different times. Information and/or specifications are provided on this site is/are given in good faith and for guidance only. Purchasers are requested to determine suitability for their application(s) by independent testing and evaluation prior to purchase or use.
We do not sell via "others", portals or sites such as amazon, the ebay, facebook or similar ( there is no "middleman" taking a "cut" which has to be built into your prices). Whilst we are flattered that we have imitators, anyone imitating or purporting to represent themselves as SupplyDivision,
on those or any other portal are not authorised to do so and should be avoided and considered as criminals. If in doubt please contact us to determine the validity of that site.
Test/performance certificates are the responsibility of the purchaser who should independently determine that the product is suitable for their application.
